If there is a glitch or fault with a purchased render (e.g. your free preview video doesn't match up with the video you paid for)... we promise to fix the fault or refund

However, there are 2 primary reasons we don't offer refunds for videos that are faultless.

1. Rotor offers all of its users unlimited free previews... so you get to see exactly what your video will look like before you decide to proceed with a purchase (there are no unexpected results).

2. Digital goods cannot be "returned".
