Most Rotor video renders will be 1GB+... much too large to simply download directly to your phone or send via WhatsApp. Most email accounts are also restricted to 25MB max for attachments.
There are are few ways round this though
1) The easiest way... is to simply upload your video to your YouTube account and send people the link via email, WhatsApp etc (Youtube has a limit of 128GB, so no worries about file size).
2) For sending large files from A to B... sending the original file as an attachment is the traditional way of thinking about it. If you instead upload the file to say Google Drive or Dropbox, you can then send the link to anyone you wish and they can download the full resolution file at their leisure.
3) Facebook has a file limit of 10GB, so no worries there about file size. You can simply upload it your Facebook account and send people the link.
