Why isn't my video using all of my clips? or why are my clips repeating?

For most types of video, you will need a minimum of 6-10 clips per minute of audio.

So if you have a 3 minute song, we would recommend 18-30 clips as a minimum. If you add too few, our rendering engine will have to use snippets from previous clips to have enough footage for the duration of the song (we call this "recycling").

Our clip ring, which suggests a minimum amount of clips to add, is based on averages. Though each individual style will have a different transition rate, some are faster or slower than others

With this in mind, styles with faster transition rates will require more clips to avoid recycling.

If you find all of your chosen clips are not appearing throughout your video, there is a good chance you have added too many.

E.g. A 3 minute song with 79 clips, would require a style with a very fast transition rate, to use them all (in this example, clips would have to transition every 2.2 seconds in order to use all 79)

If you find all of your chosen clips are recycling and reappearing throughout your video, there is a good chance you have added too few clips for your chosen style.
