What happened to my subscription? Can I cancel it? What are these credits for?

Short version - We’ve decided to retire our Essentials, DIY and Pro Subscription plans. Turns out, most of our customers don't need videos every month.

For customers who were actively on a subscription in November 2021 when the change happened - we’ve transferred all Subscription's to a Pay As You Go account, users wont be charged any more for their subscription.

We’ve doubled (2x) the amount of credits in everyones account - so you can make more videos with the cash you’ve already spent with us.

Now, credits are simply credits. We think this simplifies things
