ISRC codes rarely translate when a file is converted from one format to another
(E.g. an MP3 or WAV audio > .MP4 video)
If you have managed to embed your original audio/song with an ISRC code, this will unfortunately be lost/removed during the merger of audio and video to create your render.
Though even if the ISRC code did transfer over during the render, it would not be official.

If you wish your music video to have its own ISRC, you will need a separate Registrant Code for your video.
